About Themis Law
Lawrence is highly client focussed. His specialist area of legal practice is in dispute resolution.
However, this has been laid over an expertise in business and commercial law, land rent, insurance
law, valuation law, valuation practice and procedure, the compulsory acquisition of land, general
property law, and acoustics. He is typically approached to provide pre-litigation assessment, advice,
and alternative dispute resolution strategies for disputes. He is also asked to provide technical
support for complex valuation and rent disputes and has an interest in acoustics where noise is
considered a nuisance.
Lawrence serves as a Land Valuation Tribunal member and has served as a Disputes Tribunal referee
and member of the Lincoln University Council.
